Yolanda Bailon
As ACCION's loan operations administrator, Yolanda is responsible for sound documentation of ACCION loans, ensuring the organization's position is secure and that loan files are complete and accurate. She also provides customer service support to the lending team.

Before joining ACCION, Yolanda worked for Excel Staffing. She also has customer service experience at JC Penny and the U.S. Postal Service. Prior to that, Yolanda worked for more than 10 years in the medical industry as a medical review officer and front office assistant. She is bilingual (English/Spanish).

Yolanda is also studying general course work at Central New Mexico Community College.
